The National Council of Churches in Australia has established the NCCA Communities Fund, a public ancillary fund (ABN 298 4356 9007), to benefit the Australian community.
NCCA is responding to the Gospel call to the followers of Jesus to uphold the dignity of all people and the flourishing of all creation: (John 10:10) (Matthew 5:3-12) (Matthew 25:40) (Psalm 34:18) (Romans 1:20)
Faith without works is dead (Cf James 2:17)
We invite public donations to boost the NCCA Communities Fund, through the Fund Appeal. All donations are tax deductible. [appeal link here soon]
The Fund will provide financial assistance to:
- community organisations working in and with local communities
- faith-based organisations serving community needs
- organisations that do not receive adequate government support.
Through this support, the Fund will be able to help organisations respond to community needs and promote social cohesion.
