Common Baptismal Certificates

One Baptism - Mutual Recognition

Occasionally, the NCCA is approached to provide copies of the Common Baptismal Certificate, recognised by ten Australian Churches. These include nine of our member churches and one observer church.

The NCCA does not issue or hold this stock but they can be purchased online from a variety of sources.

If you have been wondering where to find these and would like to use them for upcoming baptisms of either children or adults, here is a short list of suppliers below.

Please be aware that prices seem to vary, and there may be a possibility that they are carrying older stock.

It is advisable to check with the store before purchasing that all the following 10 Churches are named on the certificate.

  • The Anglican Church of Australia
  • The Catholic Church in Australia
  • The Antiochian Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia & New Zealand
  • The Armenian Apostolic Church
  • The Congregational Federation of Australia & New Zealand
  • The Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia
  • The Lutheran Church of Australia
  • The Presbyterian Church of Australia
  • The Romanian Orthodox Church
  • The Uniting Church in Australia

As pictured right.
