Ecumenical Gatherings in Canberra, 13-14 May 2018

An Ecumenical Worship Service will be held in the Chapel at the Australian Centre for Christianity and Culture, Canberra on Sunday 13 May, at 6.00pm. Dr Sang Chang will be the preacher.

Ecumenical Roundtable to mark 70 Years of WCC

Hosted by the Centre for Ecumenical Studies, part of the Australian Centre for Christianity and Culture, with the theme - We intend to stay together: 70 years of the WCC.

We will meet in the Chambers Pavilion at the Australian Centre for Christianity and Culture, and tea and Coffee will be available from 10.30am prior to commencing the Roundtable with worship at 11.00am.

Under the theme, We intend to stay together: 70 years of the WCC, there then will be three sessions in the day’s programme:

  1. Dr Sang Chang: The WCC, its formation and work
  2. Revd David Gill: Australian Churches’ Engagement with the WCC
  3. Dr Sang Chang: The WCC Pilgrimage of Justice and Peace and the Korean Peninsula
