She is a published author, and consults for several national and international organisations, military, emergency services, faith-based organisations, corporations, and disaster relief agencies. Providing crisis intervention, consultation, and strategic planning, Dr. Paget has provided trauma-informed and evidence-based care and education in many countries following crises, war, violence, genocide, and disasters of every kind in countries including Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia, Serbia, Haiti, Japan, China, Kenya and many others. She is an engaging speaker whose teaching draws on a lifetime of learning and experience.
