We all want to work together for peace and unity

Peace was shattered on Easter Sunday, 21 April 2019.  In Sri Lanka three churches and three luxury hotels in Colombo, Negombo and Batticaloa were targeted in a series of coordinated terrorist suicide bombings.

Programme Executive for Peace-Building in the African Region - Promote and strengthen relations with churches and ecumenical organizations in Africa...for the purposes of peace-building and related initiatives, focusing on identified priority countries.

Programme Executive for Church Relations - Provide leadership and coordination to deepening relationships and areas of collaborative action, dialogue and witness between member churches, partners and the WCC secretariat.
