How We Work

The NCCA gathers together Churches and Christian communities which confess the Lord Jesus Christ as God and Saviour according to the Scriptures. We commit to deepen our relationship with each other and to work together towards the fulfilment of common witness, proclamation and service, to the glory of the one God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

The World Communion of Reformed Churches installed Rev. Philip Vinod Peacock as general secretary on 1 February, during a ceremony held at the the Reformed Church in Hannover, Germany, becoming the first leader from Asia to serve in this role.

These past weeks have not been easy. We have celebrated Christmas and the New Year, and we are living with the impact of the tragedy of the Bondi Beach attack.

The lead up to new hate speech and gun control legislation provoked concerns from a wide range of groups including the Churches. NCCA’s General Secretary, Liz Stone appeared before the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security.
