How We Work

The NCCA gathers together Churches and Christian communities which confess the Lord Jesus Christ as God and Saviour according to the Scriptures. We commit to deepen our relationship with each other and to work together towards the fulfilment of common witness, proclamation and service, to the glory of the one God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Please join us on 28 April at 11am for a short online gathering to share some of the stories you’ve helped make possible through your donation to Christmas Bowl. It’s a chance to hear directly from our partners about what your generosity is building in communities around the world.

You’ll hear from our new CEO, Andrew Hassett, who is looking forward to meeting supporters and sharing his thanks. With over 20 years’ experience in international development, including World Vision and UNICEF, Andrew will reflect on the Christmas Bowl’s 76-year legacy and where we’re heading next at Act for Peace.

We’ll hear messages from partners in Zimbabwe, Pakistan, the Middle East, and Indonesia about how your support is strengthening livelihoods and how communities are leading their own responses when disaster strikes.

Thanks to your support, our partners on the ground can keep responding to urgent needs, building peace, and walking alongside communities for the long term.

We’re deeply thankful for every church and individual who chose to give, pray, and stand with us through the 2025 Christmas Bowl.

At a time when the world can feel uncertain, your support through the Christmas Bowl remains something steady and hopeful. We’d love to connect and say thank you.

This is a chance to connect with the impact of your giving and with a community who cares about people affected by conflict and crisis.
