How We Work

The NCCA gathers together Churches and Christian communities which confess the Lord Jesus Christ as God and Saviour according to the Scriptures. We commit to deepen our relationship with each other and to work together towards the fulfilment of common witness, proclamation and service, to the glory of the one God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Queensland Churches Together (QCT) have produced a short video on the message of unity and working together. Dr Kate Power, QCT general secretary, explains the thought behind the video.

“Jesus prayed that his followers might be one, just as he and the Father are one, so that the world might believe in Him (John 17:21).

“Existing  for the ‘so that’ clause in Jesus’ prayer, Queensland Churches Together (QCT)  has created a new video to raise awareness of the deep commitment to Christian unity found amongst churches around the state of Queensland.

“The video features QCT member denominations, showcasing their warm and respectful relationships and collaboration for the wellbeing of Queensland communities”, says Kate.
