How We Work

The NCCA gathers together Churches and Christian communities which confess the Lord Jesus Christ as God and Saviour according to the Scriptures. We commit to deepen our relationship with each other and to work together towards the fulfilment of common witness, proclamation and service, to the glory of the one God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

COP30 Prayer Vigil: Praying for climate justice

In late November, world leaders will gather in Belèm, Brazil from 10 to 21 November 2025 for COP30 – the 2025 United Nations climate summit.

During the final days of that summit, join a gathering of Uniting Church communities, including the UCA Moderator and other leaders, to pray that world leaders listen to the cries of the Earth and the voices of those on the margins.

The earth is the Lord’s and all that is in it, the world, and those who live in it.”     Psalm 24:1
