How We Work

The NCCA gathers together Churches and Christian communities which confess the Lord Jesus Christ as God and Saviour according to the Scriptures. We commit to deepen our relationship with each other and to work together towards the fulfilment of common witness, proclamation and service, to the glory of the one God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Chiang Mai, Thailand: The Christian Conference of Asia (CCA) has elected Rev. Jung Eun (Grace) Moon, an ordained minister of the Presbyterian Church of Korea, as its new General Secretary during the Executive Committee Meeting being held at the CCA headquarters in Chiang Mai.

Rev. Moon will succeed the current General Secretary, Dr Mathews George Chunakara, and will officially assume office on 5 June 2026 following an installation service at the CCA headquarters in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

The installation service will take place in conjunction with the Executive Committee Meeting from 2 to 5 June 2026.

The Moderator of CCA, Bishop Reuel Norman Marigza, and the General Secretary, Dr Mathews George Chunakara, congratulated and welcomed Rev. Moon to her new position as the General Secretary-elect of CCA.

Rev. Jung Eun Grace Moon brings extensive experience to her new role, having served the CCA during the past 14 years. She was Executive Secretary in CCA for Faith, Mission and Unity from 2012 to 2016, and since 2016, has served as Programme Coordinator for Mission in Unity and Contextual Theology. Prior to joining the CCA staff, she served as Secretary for Ecumenical Relations Planning at the Presbyterian Church of Korea (PCK) General Assembly Office.
