How We Work

The NCCA gathers together Churches and Christian communities which confess the Lord Jesus Christ as God and Saviour according to the Scriptures. We commit to deepen our relationship with each other and to work together towards the fulfilment of common witness, proclamation and service, to the glory of the one God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

GambleAware Week – 20-26 October 2025

There’s more to lose than money! Know what’s at stake this GambleAware Week.

Each year GambleAware Week raises awareness of gambling risks and harms. This year, people are being reminded that when you gamble, there is more at stake than money.

Everyone has a role to play in keeping communities safe, informed and supported about gambling harm. There are many ways to get involved.

Host a GambleAware Week event

Bringing people together is a powerful way to start conversations.

Here are some ideas:

  • Set up an information stand at your venue, a club, library, or community centre.
  • Run a seminar or workshop for your community.  Create a roundtable event.
  • Partner with your local GambleAware provider.

Register and promote your event for GambleAware Week.
