He has also weighed in on Australian issues, including the growing inequality in Australia, corporate tax cuts, the Royal Commission into Banking, foreign aid, and a range of other topics.

This event will also feature a fabulous musical performance as well as a conversation between Professor Stiglitz and Laura Tingle. Tickets to the City of Sydney Peace Prize Lecture can be booked here at stickytickets

Professor Stiglitz will be traveling to Australia in November to receive the Prize and will spend a week in Sydney engaging with the media, students, policymakers and the broader community.
