Elder Abuse Webinar Recording:

Using legal and psycho-social interventions to respond to Elder Abuse

Elder abuse is the mistreatment or exploitation of an older person. It can present itself in many forms and is commonly committed by someone that the older person knows and trusts. 

The prevalence of elder abuse in Australian residential care is estimated to be 39.2%. Royal Commission research paper 17, December 20
