identified by the World Council of Churches
as root causes of violence

Reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples

transcending the spirit and 'logic' of violence

re-thinking and re-imagining ways of peace

 

MERCY

addressing the use, misuse and abuse of power

spreading power and forgiveness

 

JUSTICE

addressing issues of justice

doing justice to all

 

COMMUNITY

valuing religious identity and plurality

growing communities which value diversity
