The Australian Collaboration
The Australian Collaboration is a collaboration of eight national community organisations representing social, cultural, religious and environmental constituencies and interests. The participating organisations are:
- Australian Council of Social Service
- Australian Conservation Foundation
- Australian Consumers Association
- The Australian Council for International Development
- Federation of Ethnic Communities Councils of Australia
- National Council of Churches in Australia
- Trust for Young Australians
The Collaboration was officially launched in late 2001.
Objective
The overall objective of the Australian Collaboration is to help to achieve a new and sustainable balance between social, cultural, environmental and economic policies and activities in Australia.
