Registration and Payment

The full registration fee includes daily lunch, dinner, morning and afternoon teas, conference bag, conference proceedings and all sessions. All rates are inclusive of GST.

Full Price - after December 15th 2008

Day registrations (not available Monday or Friday) inclusions as for full registration on specific day.

Accompanying Person this rate includes dinners only and is available for people accompanying conference delegates.  It does not entitle them to conference participation or day time meals.
