To resource 'holistic' Safe Church ministry needs the SCTA offers a range of products and services:

SCTA conducted Safe Church awareness workshops: Presented by our experienced staff, these 6 hour Safe Church awareness workshops can be delivered using your own program or the SCTA Awareness Manual.  Delivery fee: $500 + GST (members), $800 + GST (non-members) plus travel.

SCTA presented Safe Church refresher workshops: Also presented by our experienced staff, these 3 hour workshops provide the 3 yearly refresher for your leaders. Delivery fee: $300 + GST (members) and $400 + GST (non-members) & travel.

SCTA presented congregation implementation sessions: Helping congregations “getting started” with implementation of safe church procedures is an important second phase of rolling out safe church training.  Delivery fee: $250 + GST (members) and $350 + GST (non-members) & travel.

Safe Church Awareness Manual: This is ‘living document’will be updated as required by the SCTA Unit. IThe manuals are to be used in the Safe Church workshops, and as such, are only available to be purchased at the workshops. We can also modify the manual to include your denominational procedures and cover design. Cost per copy (hardcopy)  $5 + GST (members), $7 + GST ( non-members).

Safe Church implementation Consultation: Utilise the experience our unit has in implementing Safe Church strategies by engaging our us to consult with you on Safe Church issues. Cost: $80 per hour + GST (members), $120 per hour + GST (non members) & travel.

SCTA 3-day Safe Church presenter “facilitator” training course: To run this course we need a minimum of 15 attendees. Delivery fee per participant: $350 (members), $500 (non members), plus accommodation and travel expenses.

SCTA 1-day Safe Church presenter “content knowledge” training course: To run this course we need a minimum of 10 attendees. Delivery fee:  $150 for SCTA members and $200 (non-members) plus accommodation and travel expenses.

SCTA endorsement of your training program: The process of becoming a training partner means having your program for Safe Church training endorsed and quality checked by the SCTA. The cost of this is included in your establishment fee and first year yearly membership, this provides a min of 20 hours. If your program requires additional upgrading to SCTA National Standards see implementation consultation costs above.

Member Services:

SCTA Calendars: access to quality (via standards) cross-denominational workshops, especially in rural areas. The SCTA now has 13 training partners, who over 100 presenters who either are or on the way to achieving endorsement.

National Training register: Member denominational will have their attendees registered on the national registration "tracking"system for SCTA training attended.

Safe Church consultation help: All members are entitled to a min of 10 hours of free phone consultation each year, or equivalent face to face time as arranged and negotiated i.e. travel costs need to be covered. Larger groups, who pay higher members fees, are entitled to up to 30 hours free consultation per annum.

Access to 'Living' documents: Access to ‘living documents’ as members. The SCTA provides regularly updated resources. As the Safe Church landscape and challenges change we will endeavour to respond with new and updated resources, advice and implementation helps. SCTA members also gain access to the password protected members resources section of www.safechurch.org.au to help with Safe Church implementation, particularly training.

An information centre: One National hub for all Safe Church matters, including the latest changes in legislation and good practice for holistic Safe Church ministry strategies.
